iam having citi bank account in MG road branch bangalore & i have deposited Rs11, 000 in drop box provided by the citi bank in the SIGMA Techpark Varthur Kodi bangalore 560066.on 11.06. after 3 to 4 days & till now 26.06.10 the money not credited when asked customer care they said they didnt receive money,

kindly i want receipt of money.
