Activation of overdraft facility

Hi,

In i was an employee of Metlife and it was having salary account with Citibank. Metlife rightly changed the corporate account to HDFC. I had withdrawn all my money from Citibank salary account and requested to close it. They activated overdraft facility without my consent and have been charging me interest for past 8 years. As per banking rules they should close my account when i have made no transactions for past 8 years. IT IS THE WORST BANK ON EARTH.
