Dear Sir,

With reference to the letter dated 16/11 sent to me from the Employees Provident Fund Organization, where they have sent :

Cheque no 678446, dated 16/11 for Rs15151/- & cheque number 34143 dated 16/11 for Rs8575/- drawn on StateBank of India Malad –west Mmbai to Citi Bank Noida branch.

I wish to inform you that after inquiring from citi bank I was told that the cheques have been sent back to their office.

Sir, I regret to say that after three reminders I have not got any response from your side.

I would therefore request you to kindly reissue the cheques with my existing bank details which are mentioned below
