Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have worked for E-Serve (Citigroup) in year and when I left the organization, I was diverted to Mumbai PF office as I didn’t receive my PF.
Since then I haven’t received any response to my PF queries with the Mumbai PF office. I had called and spoken with different people and had sent emails as well. But I had to run from pillar to post as even after updating my query in EPFO site, I haven’t yet received any revert!!

I personally feel that these Govt . websites seem to be useless until they don’t actually perform as per they claim. I feel really annoyed and tired of running behind the Govt staff who have been notorious for their slow performances. I am considering Comsumer complaint forum as the last resort before giving up.
Request you to please look into the matter at the earliest and revert.
