I received a credit card replacing existing visa, valid from 9/11card8607.When i called on phone 28522484 chennai customer care, the recorded message says it could not read the card. I have not received IPIN and when i tried to register on line, it also did fail. Hence i have written to city Bank, ANNASALAI.Chennai asking them to look into this.
Kindly look in to correctness, genuine s of card issued and see that IPIN is allotted. I have not transacted on the new credit card mentioned above.
