This is to inform you that i have took a personal loan from City Financial, my Loan Account's reference no. is 16174731,
First of all City Financial Gwalior branch has been closed without any Notice Given.
Now complaint Brief:-
My Installments debited from my saving bank account which is held with Axix bank, due to some reason my ECS bounced at 05/05, so i went to City Financial branch but that was closed then I went to there Business associate which is situated at Global Apartment, City Centre, Gwalior, at 07/05 for Asking my loan account statement and Interest Statement which I Required for submitting my Income Tax Return so the Concern person of your business associate was unable to giving me that statement due to your collection manager Mr. Pallav Patwardhan was on leave. then I told that person that my ECS has been bounced at 05/05, and I wish to stop my Second presentation of ECS at 11/05, but they are remain helpless then I have talked at Delhi toll free no. from there business associate office, but they were also remain helpless,
Due to this there were ECS bounce charged levied on me from my banker two time. and two time levied from City Financial.
now since few day a executive Name Mr. Rajveer is keep calling me for deposite my that bounce installment which i am unable to deposite in between, I have clearly told him that i cann't deposite that installment before 5 of June. but they are torchering me that you will be in tough if you won't pay your installment by today (31/05) and we will talk with you by coming to your home. this all conversation held with City financial's collection manager Mr. Pallav Patwardhan, and executive Mr. Rajveer (employee of Business Associates)
Now kindly suggest that what should I do.
