Detail of claim - 1) Motor cycle stolen on - 29/3 claim policy number - 250500/31/09/629/000101. 2) Inform by letter on with original policy and copy of fir - 10/4 3) Covering letter with following attachment claim form, Final report -police original, licence xerox, R.C book xerox, key. 4) National insurance send letter date - 25/8 send on address given on policy instead of given new address on claim paper so never received by as.5) We have given letter n 7/9 to reopen the matter again on 14/10 on reply

We are following constantly personally but we are getting only false date to reopen the claim.as it is delaying for reopen the file the claim is pending.
