Fraud transaction by misrepresenting of facts

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your immediate notice that a transaction has made by you by Deliberately giving WRONG and False information. I was told to take a Diners card and offered many vouchers. Where I was told that I can activate the same when I am planning for a trip and I have to inform your customer care at least 15 days ahead of the trip so that the vouchers gets activated and then only a charge of Rs.5509/ needs to be paid. I was also told the card is free and nothing needs to be paid now. This was answered by your executive Mr Ahmed. NOW, YOUR EXECUTIVE MR. AHMED and FLOOR SUPERVISOR MR. ANUJ BHATTACHARYA activated the vouchers in the name of verifying my card details. This is a GROSS VIOLATION AND A CRIMINAL ACT OF HIDING VITAL INFORMATION.Mr. Bhattacharya claims that it his Job's Demand to provide customer with wrong & information in order to sell cards & packages & later on apologise saying it was a miscommunication. The Floor Supervisor was repeatedly asked to provide name, address of the company, he is reluctant to give in any information & also provides wrong information that in the Club Leisure website under Contact Us tab one would find detailed information about the company's address & hierarchy. But in vain, he could not find it through & guide me. Mr. Bhattacharya committed a call-back for the refund after half-an hour on 11/10 around 1.30pm which is still pending. When asked for the Manager or Senior to talk to, he says that there is no senior. I am shocked to find such a floor supervisor in this company & feel pity for the customers like me who trust these kind of people.

I therefore request you to cancel the transaction and the card immediately and refund me the amount.

Since this has been unethically done by suppressing the facts, I would be compelled to take a LEGAL actions if you do not return the amount of Rs 5509/-. I expect that being a good organisation you will return the amount wrongly taken from me.
