Non receipt of balance payment of shares

Sir,

I have applied for 400 (four hundred) equity shares. Application no. 3 6595357, by cheque no. 609966 drawn on the name of bank PNB (cbs) dated 19 october of Rs.98000.

ON inquiring my demat account, i was alloted 200 shares but till date i have not received balance by cheque or neither in my bank account.
