Refund of Application Amount

Sir/Madam,

I applied for IPO application of Coal India in the month of Oct 10, of amount Rs 98000/- in the name of Julie Choudhary. My application No. is 35855052 from M/s Globe Capital Market Ltd. The amount was deducted from my A/c (HDFC Bank, Jodhpur) on dt. 23.10.10, but till date i neither got the shares nor my amount was refunded back. Sir please look this matter on top priority & do oblige me.
