Refund of Application Amount

Sir/Madam,

I applied for the IPO application of Coal India Ltd for 400 shares of amount Rs. 98000/- in the month of oct 10 in the name of Julie Choudhary through Globe Capital Market Ltd & the application number is 35855052, the amount of Rs. 98000/- was deducted from my a/c i.e HDFC bank. Niether i got the shares alloted nor yet today i got the refund. Sir please consider my complaint on top priority & do oblige me.
