Coal India IPO refund

I have not received my refund yet, of Coal India IPO despite i have submitted all details in the following mail sent to the Registrar on 11.11.2010.

I have tried many times to contact the Registrar office on telephone (022 25960320) but there is no response. This delay in refund is causing lot of inconvenience and cash crunch to me.

Kindly arrange to send the refund to my bank at the earliest.

I Roja Jose w/o Jose Michael had applied for 400 shares of coal india vide application no:4954807 dt.20/10. Alongwith a cheque no 043835 for an amount of Rs.98000/- dtd. 20/10

drawn on Syndicate bank, sector-24, Noida.

The cheque has been duly cleared from my account on 26.10.2010.

I have neither recd. any shares nor the refund till date.

Application was submited at KOTAK Securities Ltd, New Delhi.

kindly check the form i had submitted and kindly arrange to send the refund to my bank account at the earliest.
