Dear Sir / Madam,
I hold a credit card with axis bank numbered 4718630002349966. I have not received my bill for last month. So, last week i approached the nearest Axis Bank branch and Axis customer care to activate my net banking and send my latest bill to my mail id [email protected]. And also i request to update my mobile number from 9244412221 to 9790000040. But yet no steps has been taken to sort out my problem.
I think atleast now some measures will be put forward to solve my issue.
