we were the franchises of HDFC bank in commercial vehicles loan as our incentive and payout was heldup by the bank we also heldback their instalments. as the matter got settled with the bank and we received our incentives and payout we cleared the same as this amount was adjusted in our above mention loan accounts threfore we inform you that WE WERE NOT TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELAY OUR SETTELEMENT CAN BE VERIFIED FROM OUR LOAN ACCOUNT STATEMENT AND CAN BE ALSO CONFIRMED FROM HDFC BANK.
Hence we request you to please clear our names from cibil list as we have not made any defaults.
