Dear sir,
I am a contractor. I signed a contract with a company for construction on site. Contract sign by us in march. as per our agreement company will pay their payments in four different stage. contract was short term and we have competed our works. But company didn't follow their payment terms as per agreements. Even after one year so company has not sufficient fund to pay dues. still company full fill their two stage payment only.
My question is that" If normal person will not pay their dues to company, he/she will be reported negative to CIBIL, Why there is no any type of system develop for ranking companies? there is not any kind of action will taken by law if they not pay to us?
