Regarding e statement

Sir/ Madam,

It is submitted that I am not receiving e-statement of my saving account No. 3034000100058891 on my -email ID since August till date. The e-statements for the month of May, June & July have already been received on my mail ID. Two complaints in this behalf have been lodged with the customer care centre vide doc. No.52638918 dated 17.12.2010 and 53186189 dated 6.1. but no action has been taken in this regard.

It is further added that last e-statements received in the month of Dec.2010 and Jan which were not viewed/ downloaded despite of feeding 16 digits account number as password as the same password was displayed wrong time and again and e statement for the month of Dec. back on 20.1.2011 as per talk held with Mr. Vikas, Senior Executive of customer care centre.

It is also informed that I am not using internet banking facility.
