Complaint Against PNB, Bhajanpura

Sir,

I have a A/c No. 4564000100009551 in the name of Ashok Kumar R/o b-97/2 st no 8 Bhajanpura, delhi. I have personally visited Bhajanpura Branch for the issuance of Cheque Book several time but every time they say it will reach your house, requisation slip was given on 01/12 in bank. I made a complaint for this on 18001802222 on 12/01 complaint No. is 23960463, but till date nothing has been done. It is very un-tolerable behaviour of the bank and poor service regarding a small work. I am a Doctor and without a cheque book the life is very difficult and loss in my profession. Pls look in this matter at the earliest. RGDS
