Bank of baroda is one of the shittest bank i have come across in my life..there customer service is next to disastrous... bank has no clue what the meaning of word accuracy... they credit cheques into wrong account not just once but more than 3 times in 4 months... branch manager has no clue what so ever that how the online account need to be filled... staff is terrible with same issues... they have told me to fill specific details on online form and later same staff accepted his mistake and my application was rejected. i have been waiting for almost 10 days now for online userid... there customer service has no clue of my missing userid... what the fuck am i suppose to do with just password... i am sick and tired of this fucking bank and i hate everything about this bank now... one reason i have to stick with them is because its a corporate account. ADVICE FOR ALL CUSTOMERS... PLEASE AVOID OPENING ACCOUNT WITH BOB OR YOU WILL GO THROUGH THE SAME PAIN I AM GOING THROUGH!!!
