My father Mr. Bipin Saarabhai Shah had invested Rs. 5000/- in your F/D Scheme via FDR No-FN07/AHM-003484. We had send original F/D through your Agent RNB Marketing (P) Ltd in October. But till today we have not received any refund order from your side. we are follow-uping to RNB Marketing (P) Ltd time-to-time but arround two months their contact nos. are not reachable & their office is closed. We had given them Rs.1000/- for brokerage cheque of this work. We want to know that you have received our original F/D or not. If, you have received our F/D, so when we expect refund order???
