Payment against credit card which was never used

Dear Sir,

I write to you with deep disgust highlighting the gross negligence on the part of SBI CREDIT CARDS in handling my complaint. I had received a no. of calls from the last fifteen days. The callers identified themselves as SBI credit card recovery executives from Chandigarh branch. The call were regarding recovery of payment Rs.27912.11 on that card (0005264685314011980) which was never used. The executives spoke to me in a threatening tone through out the conversation despite clarifying them that this card was referring to never used. Even after that I have received a multiple calls from the same numbers. I lost the patience and I told the executives very clearly that I would lodge a complaint against them for this harassment.

So, I request to you please look into the matter & send fresh statement which indicates zero balance.
