Your inability to comprehend a customer, s request

I do not have a complaint rather i have to tell you that not only you people are deaf to the requests made by the consumers but also keep on telling your part of the story.

In spite of my repeated requests that please cancel your stupid credit card which has become the misery of my life you people do not just do it. instead of abiding by the requests you keep on sending me the bills every month specifying the renewal fee and putting interest on it.

you want me to take this up legally, i can do it but it is neither advisable for you nor is desirable by me.

Please cancel the bloody credit card (4183 5788 9000 0736) asap and do not send any further bills to my place.
