Ref: your mail dated 13/4/10 from [email protected] and SMS dated 13/4/10 around 8 pm.

Dear Customer Manager,

This is inform you that I have already written mail in this regard on 14/4/10 amd also on 19/4/10 which remain unreplied.

I wish to bring to your notice that you have indicated debit amount of Rs. 2204. Please note that you have raised wrong statement as I have not used my debit card for last 8 months and my last statement has credit amount. I feel that there is some error in generating statment or check whether you have issued same number debit card. I would like to mention here that I am not going to pay any amount as I have not used the card. Similar thing has happened in past too and during telephonic discussions with call center, the amount was reversed due to wrong billing. I feel similar thing has happened. I therefore request you to reverse all entries and confirm accordingly. Please note that I have faced wrong levied of interest charges too in past though it was not my fault. Please note that in case I do not hear from you within 3 days, then I would compelled to cancel debit card and forward this complaint to highest level indicating harassment to the customer due to fault created by HSBC.
