EXCESS CHARGES

I WISH TO LODGE A COMPLAINT ABOUT NON REPLYING OF MAIL. IS THIS THE PRACTICE THAT WHEN YOU HAVE TO CONVEY SOMETHING, YOU SEND A MAIL AND WHEN CUSTOMER SENDS A MAIL, IT IS NOT YOUR DUTY TO REPLY??

I AM KSHAMA SONY - HAVING ICICI BANK CR CARD # 4477 4700 5020 8017 AND 4629 8643 2261 2005.

FOR THE FIRST CARD, I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY INVOICE BEFORE DUE DATES, AND I STARTED GETTING NUMEROUS CALLS FROM YOUR BANK OR CALL CENTRES. THE PERSON THEY SENT FOR COLLECTION WAS QUITE RUDE TO ME.

IF I AM NOT GETTING ANY INFORMATION ABOUT PAYMENT THRU INVOICE, DO YOU THINK I HAVE TO CALL ICICI BANK FOR THE SAME?? IT IS YOUR DUTY TO SEND BILLS WELL BEFORE TIME..ON THE LAST DATE THE PERSON CAME AND COLLECT SOME RS. 34281/- CHEQUE FROM MY OFFICE.

ONE MS. SUNITA THORAT SENT ME AN INVOICE VIA MAIL. I DO NOT KNOW FROM WHICH BRANCH SHE WAS.

NOW THE NEW INVOICE RECEIVED THAT IS CONSISTING OF LATE PAYMENT FEES, SERVICE TAX [TWICE] AND INTEREST CHARGES. I REQUESTED MS. THORAT REQUESTING HER TO GET THE ABOVE EXCESS CHARGES WAIVED OFF TO ENABLE ME TO PAY THE ACTUAL AMOUNT BEFORE DUE DATE, HOWEVER SHE DID NOT REPLY HENCE THIS MAIL.

IF YOUR CUSTOMER DID NOT RECEIVE BILL BEFORE DUE DATE, IS IT CUSTOMER'S FAULT?? AND ABOVE ALL, IGNORING THIS FACT, YOU HAVE ALL THE RIGHTS TO CHARGE YOUR CUSTOMER, WITHOUT HEARING HIM??

YOU ARE KINDLY REQUESTED TO WAIVE OFF THE EXCESS CHARGES AND SEND ME A NEW FRESH INVOICE VIA MAIL FOR THE FIRST CARD ENDING WITH # 8017 IMMEDIATELY TO ENABLE ME TO DROP THE BALANCE AMOUNT CHEQUE..
