I applied sbi credit card at chandivali branch in mumbai in july and at time of application, the service executive his name is milind. He told me, if you will use this card to fill up the fuel there is no additional charges is applicable. But when i used this card for the fuel, i got the bill with additional service charges on fuel and then i called to said executive. He said you dont need to pay this type of charges and pls call to sbi customer care helpline. I called to customer care no-39020202 it was so ridiculous, i kept on hold for 21 minutes and then my call was connected to the executive kalpana. Finally spoke to sbi customer helpline, she said there is said charges is applicable. If you will not pay, we will take this amount from your FD (which i made with sbi) with interest. I told this executive cancel my card immediately and whatever the balance payment is due, i will make it tomorrow and also i will withdraw my 2 account which is with sbi. So tomorrow i will make the payment, but how this sbi person Milind committed me wrong. I called to customer helpline, they also showed their interest, how they dont want any customer has to remain with sbi. They behaved like "if you want to continue with our terms then ok, otherwise go to hell".

Seriously nobody can expect these kind of service from sbi. At the end i told about entire thing to Milind, he told "cant do anything so cancel the card".
