MY COMPLAINT TO RBS CREDIT CARD ON 3RD MARCH IS THAT THEY DOES NOT WANT TO LISTEN TO MY COMPLAINT AND FORCING ME TO PAY UNNECESSARY CHARGES.
THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT I HAVE A RBS CREDIT CARD AND THE CREDIT LIMIT WAS RS
67000- AND FIRST WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION THEY HAVE REDUCED THE CREDIT LIMIT TO
RS - WHEN I ASKED THAT I HAVE NOT RECD ANY INFORMATION THEN THEY HAVE TOLD THAT THEY HAVE SEND AN SMS.
WHEN THEY HAVE REDUCED THE LIMIT TO RS - THEN THEY HAVE TO SEE THAT THE MY BILLS SHOULD NOT BE PASSED MORE THAN RS -, AND SHOULD REJECT THE BILL IF IT CROSSES MORE THAN RS -, BUT THEY ARE PASSING MY ONLINE TRANSACTION (2-3 TRANSACTION IN A MONTH) MORE THAN RS - AND CHARGING ME WITH OVER LIMIT CHARGES.
WHEN I SPOKE TO THEM THEY ARE NOT REPLYING PROPERLY AND FORCING ME TO PAY OVER LIMIT CHARGES OTHERWISE THEY WILL INFORM TO CIBIL ETC THAT I AM A DEFAULTER.
MY QUESTION IS THAT WITH THE RBS CREDIT CARD AUTHORITIES, WHY THEY ARE PASSING MY TRANSACTION IF IT IS MORE THAN RS -(WHEN MY CREDIT LIMIT IS RS -) AND WHY THEY ARE CHARGING AND FORCING ME TO PAY OVER LIMIT CHARGES, THEY HAVE TO REJECT MY TRANSACTION IF IT CROSSES RS -.
I HAVE THIS CARD FROM PAST 6 YEARS WHEN IT WAS ABN AMRO, BUT AFTER RBS HAS COME
INTO THEY R CHARGING UNNECESSARY AND OVERLIMIT CHARGES .
SO I REQUEST YOU TO PLS LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO THERNEEDFUL
