Respected sir my name is ravi kumar address is harris dry cleaners shop no - 38 model town mkt . jalandhar city punjab .the issue is kotac bank send me credit card on my address but your delivery boy did not hard over me card and send it back to mumbai office again .. he can call me on my cell phone number it was present on the envelop of bank .. and now second time again bank send me card on 25.6.2011 and today is 1/7 and i still not get my credit card by your courier company .. bank gave me pod number - 4434001185 . i m worring abt my card now send me soon plz
