Transaction in Chennai

Hi,

Today I received a SMS on my mobile regarding the transaction of Rs. 2670.00 in CHENNAI AT 06M ROYAL IMAGES ON 03-13:11:30:18.

When I am in Delhi and working in the office how can I make such transaction in CHENNAI? Please look into this matter and revert this transaction immediately. i am feeling very bad about this transaction. Can file FIR this transaction? Please suggest.

I am yours one of the very old customer and now I am facing this kind of problem. Please settle my account and close my card ASAP. In such circumstantial am not able to continue my relation with you. Please suggest what do i do?
