Loan outstanding

Sir,

I have no credit card in my name so far, but today when I want to apply for a loan from the bank, they have informed me that I have a credit card loan for Rs.30, 000/- since but I do not have any credit card in my name at all. How they have given my name in the CIBIL list without any credit card. Kindly persue the matter and issue a NOC early.
