Sir,
Your bank is showing some outstanding against my credit card no 4346771010227917.
This matter has been prolonging for a very long time and all my letters
/replies (enclosed herewith) have not been responded.
I believe the bank does not believe in making some one pay the amount which is not
logically & legally due from him.
I am giving the complete facts of the matter with the request to get the matter
looked into and provide remedy. In this regard I have to inform as under:-
1) I have never received or used the said card.
2) I do recall that at the time of availing HDFC car Loan I was offered a free
credit card for which I might have given my consent.
3) You may check at your end including the dispatch section that the said card was
never delivered to me or my family member.
4) That since the card was free offer and I have never received / used the card,
there is no questions of any outstanding against me.
5) I also like to mention that due to this aforesaid matter the NOC of my car is
also blocked by the bank.
I am very confident that after approaching your goodself the matter will find a
logical solution.
