Wrong Information updates given to banks

Hi, I am Dwarakanatha Vinayaka,

My Date of Birth is 26.6.1978, I had applied for personal loan in Citibank, the citibank is rejecting because CIBIL report has give some base less false report which is affecting my credibility.

Can any one help me with this issue.
