Sir,

PNB has some of the most pathetic customer service and treatment i have ever seen in banking. I visited Nalanagar Branch in Hyderabad to deposit cash into my sisters account. There were two tellers for cash collection but only one does the collecting part (no sign boards mentioning who does what), The teller is very slow and sleepy.after around 45 minutes in line he asked me to get the account number verified (when actually he should be having a system and doin it), no where in this world i guess after standing in line for around half an hour a customer is sent back for such reason to get back in line for another hour. PNB is only for people who have either no work or having infinite patience to tolerate such clumsy behaviour.

So people if u are looking for banking services then stay away from PNB.
