Debited account with unsucessful transation

Dear Sir,

I m having saving account with ICICI bank at Mohali near chandigarh no.05801003114. Bank had debited my account for unsucessful transation amouting to Rs.250/- on 15.3.2010. I have approached to the bank with relavent proofs and also many times sent e-mail but approx. 24 days passed and till date nothing done by icici bank. Being a private bank they did not bother about their customer. I request ur goodself to kindly resolve my problem at cited above.
