Regarding Gold loan

Dear Sir/Madam,

I went to your SBT Calicut branch on last Saturday (27-02-10) for gold loan. I asked the concened person of gold loan (Counter no.-11), but he immediately repleid that there is no gold loan on that day.

I asked your Assistant General Manager on 04-03-10, he told me that "there is mistake happend"

Hope that concerned person in the counter no -11 is Mr. Mohan.

Please remember that any person come to your office for gold loan means he need money very very urgent.
