Debit card blocked

Dear sir

i'm muniraj meena a student in pusa polytechnic pusa new delhi, i have not used my account since last 6-8 months, now when i usded it, it shows all the options but not able withdraw money, and a masses comes on screen "your card is blocked, kindly contact your branch". please help me, what should i do?
