Sub: - Non receipt of PF amount Chuque No. 506668 and 423298, PF Account No. MH/41033/4419
Dear Sir,
This is in continuation with the letter that sent to you on 14th April and a reminder of the same later but, till now I've not received any response from your end. So again I'd like to draw your kind attention to this matter with a hope to get a response soon. I was holding a PF account no. MH/41033/4419 with your branch. I was working with Delta Services Private Limited and at that time I was operating an account with HDFC bank. On resigning from that job I received the PF amount via cheques No. 506668, 423298 of amount Rs.7834 and Rs. 14357 respectively Dated 19/4 for the same bank (i.e. HDFC).
On receiving those cheques and Due to the fact that I was not holding HDFC bank account any more I returned the same on 31/5 via post at your office And made a request to transfer the same to my OBC account No. 00622191006250 which I am operating currently due to my changed job But, till now I have not received any PF amount.
I request you to transfer my PF amount to OBC bank account No. 00622191006250 and further look in to the matter.
An early response would be highly appreciated.
