The standard chartered bank has blocked my credit card on some one else order and they say that they have my voice recording of it on the 2nd of jan.its is amazing how careless a bank can be that it without verifying the card holders personal details they can pass such an order internally and on top of that no one senior wants to come on line as the kids of the call center are way to junior to handle this issue.i need a big legal help as this is very serious matter where by own details are being manipulated by others.on asking to make me listen to my voice recording for the same instructions they have nothing.
