Dhanlaxmi co op society
FD money not yet got

I have not yet recd my FD amount from Dhanlaxmi co op credit society can any one help me hoe do i get my money. The COE of the bank is MR, Radhesham gupta he is not available on phone also. Can i get his phone no & residence address so i can go & ask for the money Or is there any other way to recieve my money.
