I had applied for a home loan approx. 10 months back in 2008. The loan was not cleared by bank and the rejection reason was very dumb n stupid and it took them to deicde this after 7 months of application for the home loan. I don't want to discuss in details as it is not worth wasting time. I am here for my processing fees cheque which they said they will return if the loan is not cleared, but they have still not returned it. The application file is already closed and they are not responding to my calls for returning my chque of the processing fees which was above rs. 5500/- approx. I have proof of bank for the same. I want to tell prople that please be carefull with the banks for any kind of loan application as they waste a lot of time in processing and finally comeout with stupid reasons to reject and will not return fees cheque. I had already complained earlier too but of no avail.
