Sir,

I have taken a home loan in August of Rs. 1776775 from DHFL for 20yrs on 10.5% interest rate and paying EMI @Rs.17448 till July. Now DHFL is demanding the interest rate of 12.75% coding that RBI has increased the interest rate of 2.25% and demanding EMI @ Rs.18851 for 39yrs.

I would like to know whether DHFL is following RBI interest rate or not and the EMI calculated is properly or not.
