Inproper acknowledge of homeloan monthly payment

Dear Sir,

I have nri account in sbi bank & also i took home loan based on nri.

I am remitting properly the monthly payment through nri account.

But i can't get the proper acknowledgment from my kannara sbi branch.

Lot of times i called branch manager, still they are not providing the monthly details.
