Dear Mr. Shashi Tharoor,

Please go through the following trailing mails being sent to every one who is concerned as far as our struggle is concerned. I know am alone in writing this mail to you but am sure each & every staff is with me by their heart & soul. We have been denied our rights in everything they could deny of. Even though I have resigned from my job they have kept my salary for two months, My Salary being cut for PF fort 9 months of Rs. 780 each, My reimbursements not given for almost 6 months, Salary being cut as Performance bonus for 6 months & so on. Its not only for me but for each & every staff who had worked in Sales & other departments.

I am sure you will go through the below trailing mails both from me & 1 Mr. Prasad from Pune who had the courage to take this cause from me. There are others who had already resigned & being denied their rightful money.

Please Mr. Tharoor take this up with the people concerned as you are our only hope. And I am from Trivandrum Parliamentary constituency where you have been elected to represent. Please take my appeal as one from your followers from the constituency. You can verify same with any staff who is working at the Airports both in Coimbatore as well as Chennai & Madurai.

I also urge each & everyone who's being copied in this mail at least to put in a word to you regarding the hardships we went through in this airline working for

Please help bring justice to us.

Dear Mr. Shashi Tharoor

I, Carol Dutta Ex-Sales Executive of Paramount Airways support Mr. Sibi too. We have been denied our rights in everything they could deny of. Salary of 3 months i.e March, April, May, Reimbursements of 6 months, PF for 10 months and so on. We had been given assurance by the Management that our salaries will be cleared by setting dates after dates. No calls are picked whenever we call repeatedly. Disgusted by the unprofessionalism i resigned from Paramount Airways as" I DO NOT WISH TO WORK WITH CHEATERS". When i asked for my clearance cerificate to my utter dismay i found out that my access to the PARAMOUNT ID has been blocked. Its sad but true that PARAMOUNT has created a BAD name for themselves in the travel market and the Management has no face left to even interact with the staff who has worked hard for them. I know im being crude with the words but it makes no difference to the Management as they do not have the word "SELF ESTEEM "in them. This is the outcome of my anger as i do not wish to be polite to the Mangement who has messed with our life. Last but not the least we all die n burried in the same mud no one goes scot free nor does he become rich by cheating others. THANK YOU.

Dear Kannan Sir,

You were the person who had called me twice once in end of May 10 & once in month of June 10 and gave an assurance that Paramount is coming up with Airbus and Q400 and had ask me not to take any wrong step in the mean while and had also ask agents to keep calm for some time.

Now when we are asking for our money you scaring me by telling me that you will TERMINATE ME on Fri 23 July 12:44Hrs from your landline No. 04443909035.

On Fri, 23 Jul 15:49:26 you have ask me to send mail to get transferred to Madurai on a permanent basis with effect from 30 th July. As we are not operating Pune station, you will appreciate that your services will be useful for the company where we are operating. Kindly report to Mr. Shanmuganathan (Asst. Sales Manager) on 30 th July and your salary dues will be settled within a week of your joining duty at Madurai.

I am ready to join but you need to clear all my dues before that as I don’t trust you people and Paramount as well.

My dues are as below mentioned: -

1. Salary for 4 Months (April, May, June and July) - 19000 X 4 = 76, 000/-.

2. Rs.720 X 16 = 11, 520/-. (Shown as PF being cut without giving us the PF No's)

3. Performance Bonus from March to July (Rs. 11, 000 X 16

= 1, 76, 000) - It is not our fault that Paramount Airways didn't operate flights for us to perform.

4. Tax Deduction Rs. 135/-. (Rs.135 x 16 = 2160/-.) And till date no certificate given so want certificate or money back.

5. Monthly Petrol, Cell and Cyber allowance from October to July. (Rs.4, 500 x 10 = 45, 000/-.)

6. When we visited Chennai we had take food, Transport, laundry etc.By our own and company has not paid that also. Rs. 10, 100/-

Total: - 76000 11520 176000 2160 45000 10100 = 3, 20, 780/-.

Please do keep in mind we are reporting to you & it’s your

responsibility to get things done from HR rather than we calling

up (no calls are picked up in the office even if we call)

Please advice on same at the earliest

Dear Mr. Sinha,

I am writing this letter with a very heavy heart due to the cheating tactics adopted by Paramount Airways to its employees by denying their basic rights.

Please go through the trailing mails which I have send to the Management after my resignation from the Company & the cold response from them on same. I am really ashamed at the way they operate in India as I have got experience working for the finest airlines in the world. I do humbly request you to please intervene to uphold the interests of the poor staff who had been working for this company day in and day out and are not being paid their dues or even their salaries for 3 months and more in many cases. The company has been cheating money from those who have resigned by not giving their dues and had resorted to even taking away PF money from employees and not putting them on the Provident fund. The precedence of cheating is already there as the Supreme Court had ordered the leasing company of aircrafts to Paramount to take away same due to non payment of lease money which was pocketed by the company for nearly 6 months.

The Company has a contract in which they force us to sign on a Salary benefit based on Performance. Their is no proper way to weigh the performance & staff are always defied of same saying MD's office doesnt approve same. I am sure there is a mafia behind same & MD's office always acted as a cheating office. Staff were denied rights wherever possible and have been forced to work like slaves in a country where we all are proud of being a Democratic one. All those who have left has left without getting any benefits out of the company & the company cheated all the money to their benefits.

I am sure one among you would definitely take it up and get us the justice that each & every one among us truly deserve. I am sure my fight is not a lonely fight & I do have the moral support of hundreds of employees who are still with them & those who had left. I believe somebody has to take this fight & has to take the lead.

This is my humble request to stop Paramount from operating & allowing them to loot the general public and cheat the poor staff who puts in their best efforts never thinking that they are being cheated.

Hopeful to get a reply positively. I have copied this mail to all top Paramount Management & urge them to deny these facts if they have the guts to do so.

Best Regards

Dear Mr. Kannan,

Please note without replying to my mail on the below you have blocked my access to the mail.

Thats fair enough. But at least have a courtesy to reply to the mail like a man. This is really unprofessional from your side.

Already the company is in a mess. Why do you want to make it worse again.

Will not spare anyone who tries to play with our life for that matter whoever you are. This is the worst ever company I had worked for.

I am really ashamed to have worked for you for so long.

I really pity at the way you people are behaving to the staff.

Dear Mr. Collector,

Please note the below mails which I have been sending to Paramount Airways office requesting for my rightful 2 months pending salary, PF Amount (being cheated & taken from us for long - mine for 9 months) without submitting to PF office, My Performance Bonus for 6 months (No target given for us to perform as well as no flights despite our salaries being cut - again being cheated), & reimbursement of petrol & mobile charges (again being denied), which is our right.

Please take necessary action against the Airline Management for cheating the 100's of staff whom they made as a shield while having a case against the leasing company who had leased aircrafts for the airline. They have been absolutely cheating & harassing the staff for long & still continues to do same.

I hope you will do the needful. Will get any number of staff who had worked in this company as a proof of their misdeeds. I humbly request you to help us who are tax payers to this country. I have copied this mail to the Home Secretary of State as well.
