Non Receipt of Dividend

I have 300 shares of Godawari Power and ISpat Limited. According to its result of 10, dividend of Rs 2.5/ per share has accrued to me, but i have not yet received the same. I have mailed repeated no of times but i am not getting a satisfactory reply.
