1. I dr daksha Bhaiya, have my account in SBI AIIMS (Acc no2185159), Ansari nagar, New Delhi since nearly 2 years. Recently I have been transferred to nagpur on 1st july. hence on inquiry of transfer of account on 8th july i was told at your ramdaspeth branch, Nagpur [ br. No 1533] that you need to get it done at delhi as application at nagpur may take indefinite time and she told us lots of ifs and buts. As i needed our account to be transferred at the earliest for applcation for home and car lone at SBI i immediately called my friend at delhi to urgently expedite our process at delhi branch. there he was told to apply with passbook, check book at the nagpu rbranch.

2. hence on 13 july i applied for the same at Ramdaspeth, nagpur branch and have submitted my passbook, checkbook and was in regular contact with your branch people.but in spite of all my efforts and precious time i had no results. hence on 26th july i personally went to your ramdaspeth branch to request for early transfer of my account. But to my surprise the attitude of the bank official lady was so insulting as if i was begging for some favor to be done. then she refferred me to Mr. Wagh whom i politely asked for the cause of delay. I told him that because of delay of transfer of my accounts my home loan and car loan process are getting delayed. then came the biggest bomb from the most respected and so called Best Bank in India. Mr. Wagh told me that if you are not happy with our services then please close your account from our branch.

3. dear sir, i am doctor by profession and have traveled worldwide, but nowhere in world i have been met with such insult, discrimination, and embracement. i really feel sorry to be customer of SBI. employee of bank of such stature behave in such insensitively and arrogantly with educated female like me, then it is not beyond the imagination the way they might be behaving with the uneducated people.
