Non Receipt of FD Payment

FDR No. DL2DX45281 for Rs.13, 848/- due on 30.04.2004.

It is also informed that my above FDR matured on 30.04.2004 for payment. But till date I have not received payment. It is, therefore, requested to send a cheque in payment of the above FDR plus interest accrued thereon to me at the earliest.

Please be informed that original FDR duly discharged and recommended for payment by Bajaj Capital, sonepat was sent to you on 21.01.2002 vide Registry No.1220 for pre-mature payment. It is requested to please send the payment.

The FDR is in the name of my daughter, Ms. Priya Raghuwanshi. The relevant papers were also sent along with the above FDR for payment.
