i am using sbi card from jan-08. in april i lost card and made a call to customer care and asked them to block that card, and i clearly said i don't that card in future also. at that time that representative did not tell anything about account closing. but i don't know, we need to close the account. later they didn't sent any statments. one fine day i got statement saying - for protection plus insurance. even i don't know about that insurance.
now they are asking for that payment.
