Non-Receipt of Maturity Amount against FD

I had deposited Rs 10, 000/- with M/s Duncans Industires Limited, Kolkata vide FDR No. FDR407475 dated 30/12 which matured on 29/12.

Duncans promised (vide their letters ref: DIL/FD/47152 dated 15/07 and ref: DIL/FD/04308 dated 15/12) to pay the principal amount in four installments from 05 to 08 and interest thereof from 05 onwards at the reduced rate as applicable to the bank/financial institutions. In spite of my several reminders I have not received the maturity amount against my FDR.

Requst you to kindly look into the matter and solve my problem as urgent basis.
