We had applied for a residential flat with your earth towne project and paid the initial money for booking. The provisional allotment letter was also issued to us. we had opted for DP payment mode and for that when we approached for finance option with bank we came to know that the approved map has not been submitted with them hence finance can't be made. We tried contacting earth town guys but never got a satisfactory answer. even they aplogised for delay in the completion of the formalities. we were also continously in touch with agent. We firstly applied with hdfc and later applied with lic housing finance but same problem, approved map not submitted.
Can you please clarify what's exactly going on.
