Income Tax Refund not received

Hello Income Tax Officer,

My Name: Nirav Shah

PAN: BAFPS2613M

I have not received my Income Tax Refund for assessment year, although it is showing that cheque encashed, as per the Inocome Tax NSDL website I get following detail. It is being noted that, I have received IT return for 2008 not for 2009.

2007 : Oct 20

2008 : in progress

2009 : Mar 7

2010 : in progress
