Unable to registe

I am unable to register in efilling site.when iam giving my first name and surname it is showing error as not matched firstname and surname.

In my pan it is showing my name as S.Bhargavi, when i asked CPC she said as Somesetty Bhargavi, but i tried with this also it is showing same erro
