Billing Late Fee Charges

I, Pankaj Srivastava, the user of Airtel Broadband fixed line No. 0522-4068995 wants to submit complaint for the late fee Charges Rs. 75/-.

Whereas, I, always pay my bill through cash before time, but these charges added all the time in my bill. I submit the payment on ASCENT ENTERPRISES, 2/54, Shivani Plaza, Vijay Khand-2, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Authorized Dealer of AIRTEL, every month. I Complaint many times on customer care but no one take action on this matter.

Last time the payment deposited on 05/02 on the above mentioned Dealer.

Now I received a mail of airtel broadband bill in which Rs. 75/- (The late payment fee charges) added. what is the reason behind it.

Kindly Look into the matter as earliest.
